安理律师事务所近日迎来两位专家韩鑫海、罗凯天律师以合伙人身份加盟北京、上海办公室。

韩律师将常驻于安理北京办公室，他的专业领域为知识产权诉讼和非诉业务，擅长处理专利、商标、著作权、不正当竞争（包括商业秘密）等纠纷，涉及的行业领域主要包括互联网科技、医药、芯片半导体、文娱、游戏、新能源等。加入安理之前，他曾在金杜律师事务所工作。

罗律师将常驻于安理北京、上海办公室，专注于劳动法、ESG、合规领域的法律服务，在交易项目人员安置、跨境劳动用工、高管和关键员工关系、新型用工模式以及ESG与合规体系搭建等领域拥有丰富经验。加入安理之前，他曾是北京普然律师事务所创始合伙人。

安理主任王清友律师在一份新闻稿中表示，新加盟专家的专业知识与丰富经验，将成为该所提升服务品质、拓宽服务领域的强大助力。

这是安理今年引入的最新一批合伙人级别律师。

Anli adds duo experts in Beijing and Shanghai

Anli Partners has recently added two experts Han Xinhai, Luo Kaitian as partners in its Beijing and Shanghai offices.

Han will be based in Anli’s Beijing office. He specializes in intellectual property litigation and non-litigation, with expertise in handling disputes over patents, trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition (including trade secrets) in a wide range of industries, including internet technology, pharmaceuticals, chips and semiconductors, entertainment, gaming, new energy and others. Prior to joining Anli, he worked at KWM.

Luo will be based in Anli's Beijing and Shanghai offices, focusing on legal services in the areas of labor law, ESG, and compliance. He has extensive experience in the areas of staff placement for transaction projects, cross-border labor and employment, executive and key employee relations, new employment models, as well as the construction of ESG and compliance systems. Prior to joining Anli, he worked as founding partner at Beijing Puran Law Firm.

“The expertise and experience of the new experts will be a strong help to improve the quality of its services and broaden Anli’s service areas,” said Wang Qingyou, the director of Anli, in a statement.

This is the latest batch of partner-level hire made by the firm this year.
