德恒律师事务所近日迎来多名合伙人加盟其北京和苏州办公室，未来伍贤秋律师、熊晶晶律师、王娜律师、王正华律师将在北京展开执业，孙颖律师、冯俊律师则将在苏州展开执业。

伍律师加盟前任君泽君律师事务所合伙人，她的执业领域为诉讼与仲裁、公司法、破产、信托、资产证券化等；熊律师加盟前任职于国枫律师事务所，她擅长税务、信托、股权投资和证券等领域法律服务，在税收筹划和涉税争议解决方面具有丰富经验。

王正华律师为保险法及互联网金融领域专家，此前任北京康达律师事务所合伙人；王娜律师则专长于风险投资、私募股权投融资、资产管理、跨境投资、重组并购等领域。

在苏州，孙律师和冯律师均加盟自炜衡律师事务所，他们曾任该所高级合伙人，负责复杂商事和涉外业务。孙律师擅长跨境投融资、外商投资、并购，曾协助许多跨国外商投资企业完成其中国境内企业的设立、清算、复杂业务以及企业重组等重大事项；冯律师则专长于跨境投融资、争议解决、劳动与社会保障领域。

DeHeng grows practice, snaps up six partners 

DeHeng Law Offices has hired six partners in Beijing and Suzhou. Wu Xianqiu, Xiong Jingjing, Wang Na and Wang Zhenghua will practice from the firm’s Beijing headquarter, while Sun Ying and Feng Jun are joining in Suzhou.

Wu joined from JunZeJun Law Firm, where she was a partner, and she focuses on litigation and arbitration, corporate issues, bankruptcy, trust and asset securitization. Meanwhile Xiong joined from Grandway Law Offices and specializes on taxation, trust, equity investment and securities, with abundant experiences on tax planning and tax-related disputes.

Wang Zhenghua was a partner at Beijing Kangda Law Firm and has special expertise on insurance law and internet finance; and Wang Na specializes on venture capital, private equity, cross-border investment, restructuring and M&A.

In Suzhou, Sun and Feng were both senior partners from Wei Heng Law Firm, where they together led a team focusing on complicated commercial transactions and cross-border businesses. Sun advises on cross-border investment and financing, foreign investment and M&A, while Feng focusing on cross-border investment and financing, dispute resolution and employment law.
