张律师的主要执业领域为争议解决、政府监管与合规。加入植德前，张律师在中伦律师事务所工作。

Merits & Tree adds triple experts

Merits & Tree Law Offices has hired three experts Xin Yajie, He Qingyang, Zhang Qi as partners. 

Xin has 14 years of experience in banking and finance, investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolution. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, Xin worked at Dacheng Law Offices.

He's main practice areas are equity design, including partnership equity design, equity financing, equity incentives, and equity investment. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, He worked at China Commercial Law Firm.

Zhang's primary areas of practice are dispute resolution, government regulation and compliance. Prior to joining Plantronics, Zhang worked at Zhong Lun Law Firm.
