环球律师事务所近日迎来两位专家马晓煜、田亮律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室。

马律师的主要执业领域包括税务争议解决、境内和国际税收筹化、税务咨询、税务合规、转让定价、并购重组、家族财富管理与传承及一般公司业务等。加入环球之前，马律师曾在金杜律师事务所工作。

田律师专注于跨境投融资、合规（包括数据隐私、反腐败、出口管制和制裁合规）、涉外争议解决和财富管理业务。加入环球之前，田律师曾在符莎莉律师事务所工作。

环球在一份新闻稿中表示，两位合伙人的加入，将为其各业务领域的发展提供重要支撑，实现事务所整体向上发展。

这是环球今年引入的第一批合伙人级别律师。

Global adds two partners in Shanghai

Global Law Office has recently announced the addition of two partners, Ma Xiaoyu and Leo Tian, to its Shanghai office.

Ma specializes in tax dispute resolution, domestic and international tax planning, tax consultancy, tax compliance, tax advisory, transfer pricing, M&A and private wealth. Prior to joining Global, she worked at King & Wood Mallesons.

Tian has 18 years of experience in foreign direct investment, cross-border M&A transactions, regulatory compliance (CFIUS, anti-corruption and data privacy compliance). Prior to joining Global, he worked at SF Lawyers in association with KPMG Law.

Global addressed in a press release that the addition of the two partners will further strengthen the support for the development of its various practice areas and realize the upward development of the firm.

This is the first batch of partner-level hire made by the firm this year.
