总部位于广州的广东诺臣律师事务所近日迎来邓大海律师以高级合伙人身份加盟并正式设立中山分所，成为该所全国范围内的第三家分支机构。

邓律师专注于公司治理、股权激励、刑事辩护、医保合规等领域。加入诺臣之前，他曾在广东盈进律师事务所工作。

据悉，中山分所将由邓大海律师领导，专注于深耕法商融合、民刑交叉、医保合规、工改城更、刑事辩护、企业治理等重点行业，统筹推进政府公共法律服务、重大争议解决、知识产权保护等重要领域协调发展。

诺臣在一份新闻稿中表示，中山分所标志着诺臣向辐射湾区迈出的重要一步。

Lawsons adds senior partner leading new office in Zhongshan

Guangzhou-headquartered Lawsons Law Offices has recently added Deng Dahai as a senior partner and launched a new office in Zhongshan, which has become its third branch domestically.

Deng specializes in corporate governance, equity incentives, criminal defense, and health insurance compliance. Prior to joining Lawsons, he worked at Guangdong Yingjin Law Firm.
