诺顿罗氏律师事务所近日迎来航运业务合伙人戴碧姬加盟香港办公室。此前，戴律师执业于高伟绅律师事务所香港办公室。

戴律师是航运业务专家，擅长处理各类船舶资产相关的海事项目和境外结构性融资交易，包括液化天然气（LNG）运输船、游轮、高规格钻井平台等。同时，戴律师还精通各类融资产品的法律事宜，包括出口信贷机构（ECA）担保的贷款融通、售后回租交易、日税融资（JOLCO）、可转债贷款以及创新投资架构下的售后回租交易。她曾协助中国、日本及跨国企业客户处理横跨多个专业领域、涉及多个司法辖区的复杂交易。

Norton Rose Fulbright welcomes shipping partner in HK

Norton Rose Fulbright expands its shipping practice by adding Becky Tai as a partner in its Hong Kong office from Clifford Chance.

Tai is a shipping finance expert, with expertise in maritime and offshore structured financing transactions across a wide range of asset types including LNG carriers, cruise ships and high-specification drilling rigs. Tai’s financial products experience spans ECA-supported loan facilities, sale and leaseback transactions, JOLCOs, loan facilities with flip-to-bond structure and sale and lease-back transactions supported by unique investment structures. She regularly works on cross-disciplinary and cross-jurisdictional matters for clients with Chinese, Japanese and international presences.
