美国达维律师事务所近日迎来香港资本市场律师许嘉以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。此前，许律师担任富而德律师事务所中国区股权资本市场业务副主管。

许律师专注股权资本市场业务（包括香港IPO、配股及后续发行）、国内和跨国上市公司和私营公司并购、以及合规事务，在科技、医疗、金融、工业和房地产等多个行业拥有丰富的工作经验。

根据达维的一份新闻稿，达维大中华区业务联席主管何鲤律师表示：“许律师是是中国杰出的公司法律师，充满活力、技艺非凡。他的加入将为我们中国业务的未来奠定更坚实的基础。”

Davis Polk adds capital market partner in Beijing

Davis Polk & Wardwell has hired Jason Xu as a partner in Beijing from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he served as deputy head of equity capital markets in China.

Xu’s practice focuses on equity capital markets matters, including Hong Kong IPOs, rights issuances and follow-on offerings. He also advises on domestic and cross-border public and private M&A and regulatory matters. Xu has experience across a broad range of industries, including technology, pharmaceuticals, financials, industrials and real estate.

“Jason is a dynamic and exceptionally skilled lawyer, and one of the preeminent corporate practitioners in China,” said Li He, co-head of Davis Polk’s Greater China practice, in a statement. “He will be an excellent complement to our market-leading team and will anchor the future of our Beijing presence.”
