达辉律师事务所近日迎来卢琼律师、杨政炜律师以合伙人身份分别加盟其北京、上海办公室。

卢律师此前在美国美富律师事务所担任合伙人，她长期深耕跨境投资并购领域，曾协助多个跨国公司、金融机构等类型的客户开展对华投资及并购业务，并主导了多个中国企业重大海外投资项目。

杨律师加盟达辉前执业于奋迅贝克麦坚时律师事务所争议解决及合规调查团队。他曾协助跨国企业、金融机构及其他客户处理涉及中国、美国、英国及欧盟等多个法域的监管合规调查、反垄断与反不正当竞争事务、劳动法合规及内部合规风控系统构建等工作。杨律师还曾多次代表客户处理复杂的大规模商业纠纷。

这是达辉2022年引入的第一批合伙人。

DaHui adds cross-border M&A and compliance investigation partners in Beijing and Shanghai

Dahui Lawyers has hired Lucy Lu and Zhengwei Yang as partners in its Beijing and Shanghai offices, respectively.

Lu was a partner at Morrison & Foerster before joining DaHui. With extensive experience in cross-border investment and M&A, she has assisted a range of clients including multinational enterprises and financial institutions in their investment and M&A projects in China. She has also led multiple outward investment projects of her Chinese clients. 

Prior to joining DaHui, Yang practiced in the dispute resolution and compliance investigation team at Baker McKenzie FenXun. Yang has rich experience of representing multinational enterprises, financial institutions, and other types of clients in matters relating to regulatory compliance investigation, anti-trust and anti-unfair competition, labour law compliance, and the establishment of corporate internal compliance and risks control system. Yang also has extensive experience in dealing with large and complex commercial disputes.

This is DaHui’s first batch of partner-level hire in 2022.
