周俊轩律师事务所与通商律师事务所联营（通商香港）近日迎来企业融资专家林苡萱律师以外国注册律师身份加盟。

林律师在企业融资领域拥有超过13 年的丰富经验，专注于为香港上市公司的发行人和保荐人提供广泛的上市项目和有关香港上市公司遵守香港上市规则及香港证券及期货条例的监管及合规事宜等。加入通商香港前，她曾在史密夫斐尔律师事务所工作。

通商香港的管理合伙人周俊轩律师在一份新闻稿中表示：“企业融资是通商香港的重点领域，林律师作为团队的资深成员，我们相信她的专业知识将进一步强化通商团队，并扩大我们向客户提供的服务。”

这是通商香港今年引入的第一位律师。

Tongshang Hong Kong adds corporate finance expert

Eric Chow & Co., in Association with Commerce & Finance Law Offices (Tongshang Hong Kong) has recently added corporate finance expert Ariel Lin as a foreign registered lawyer.

With more than 13 years of experience, Lin focuses on advising both issuers and sponsors on a diverse range of IPO transactions and compliance matters associated with listed companies in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Eric Chow & Co., she worked at Herbert Smith Freehills.

Eric Chow, managing partner of Tongshang Hong Kong addressed in a press release that: “Corporate finance is the strategic focus for the firm. Ariel joined us as a Senior Registered Foreign Lawyer, we are confident that her expertise will further strengthen our team and expand our offerings to clients.”

This is the first batch of hires made by the firm this year.
