金杜律师事务所近日迎来9名合伙人加盟其华东多地办公室，以及2名合伙人加盟其北京和上海办公室，未来11名新合伙人将在网络安全与数据合规、争议解决、公司业务、证券业务等领域展开执业。
金杜南京办公室迎来陈斌、邬玲、周浩三位合伙人加盟，陈律师此前任大成律师事务所高级合伙人，主要执业领域为税务；邬律师和周律师同为国浩律师事务所合伙人，邬律师主要执业领域为民商事争议解决，擅长处理金融、公司并购、房地产项目、建设工程等专业的民商事诉讼及仲裁案件；周律师主要执业领域为证券业务，专长于企业境内外上市、并购及重组、私募股权投资、商事投资等。
金杜苏州办公室迎来顾海啸、汪彧杲、马捷、徐向东、季海兵五位合伙人加盟，他们此前都任职于江苏简文律师事务所。五位律师都为争议解决领域专家，其中汪彧杲律师主要执业领域为知识产权诉讼，专长于商标、反不正当竞争和著作权等领域。
金杜去年12月刚刚设立的海口办公室则迎来杜宇律师，其曾任盈科律师事务所海口分所管委会主任及首席律师，主要执业领域为公司和争议解决，在代理公司法律事务、房地产建设工程、涉税争议、土地权属争议、涉外投资法律事务等方面尤为见长。
北京和上海办公室则分别迎来蒋科、单颖之律师加盟。蒋律师加盟前曾作为内部法务为亚马逊云服务和宝马集团在中国市场的产品和运营合规、数字化和网络安全项目等提供法律支持；单律师加盟自通商律师事务所，主要执业领域为证券和私募股权融资业务。

KWM boosts East China businesses, hires 11 partners
King & Wood Mallesons has hired 11 partners across different offices in China to further boost the firm’s businesses in cybersecurity, data compliance, dispute resolution, corporate and securities.
Chen Bin, Wu Ling and Zhou Hao have joined KWM’s Nanjing office. Chen was a senior partner at Dentons and is an expert of taxation. Wu and Zhou both joined from Grandall Law Firm. Wu specializes in dispute resolution, and Zhou focuses on securities.
Meanwhile, Gu Haixiao, Wang Yugao, Jay Ma, Sean Xu and Ji Haibing have joined the firm’s Suzhou office and they all came from local Justwin Law Firm. They all focus on dispute resolution, with Wang specializes in intellectual property litigation.
Du Yu joined KWM’s newly launched Haikou office, and she was head of Yingke Law Firm’s Haikou’s office. Du focuses on corporate and dispute resolution, with special expertise on real estate and construction, taxation, land property and outbound investment.
KWM’s Beijing and Shanghai offices have hired Jiang Ke and Shan Yingzhi, respectively. Jiang worked for Amazon Web Service and BMW before, supporting their compliance, digitalization and cybersecurity issues. Shan joined from Commerce & Finance Law Offices, and he practices in securities and private equity.
“Their arrival, especially the coming of nine partners in our East China offices, will further boost the firm’s share in the East China legal market,” commented Wang Ling, managing partner of KWM.
