Fangda Partners has hired real estate transactional lawyer Maria Wang as a partner in Shanghai from Morrison & Foerster. 

Wang’s practice focuses on real estate transactions, including complex mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, disposals and project developments and management. She advises real estate private equity houses, fund managers, financiers and developers.

Wang first worked as a solicitor at Chambers & Company in Melbourne. She then joined Allen & Overy in Shanghai where she handled a mix of equity and debt real estate transactions for banks, funds, developers and other clients for almost five years.

The addition of Wang takes the number of partners in Fangda’s real estate practice in Shanghai to six.

房地产交易律师汪晓月近期以合伙人身份加盟方达律师事务所上海办公室。加入方达前，汪晓月律师曾在美国美富律师事务所上海代表处执业。

汪晓月律师的主要执业领域为房地产交易，包括复杂的并购、合营、融资、处置及项目开发与管理，曾为诸多私募股权房地产、基金经理、金融机构、开发商等客户提供法律服务。

汪晓月律师早先在澳大利亚墨尔本的钱伯斯任执业律师，之后加入安理国际律师事务所上海办事处，执业五年期间为银行、基金、开发商等客户就各类型房地产股权和债务方面的交易提供法律服务。

随着汪晓月律师的加入，方达上海办公室房地产领域的合伙人数量达至6人。
