Latham & Watkins has hired senior litigator Ing Loong Yang from Sidley Austin to boost its dispute resolution department in Hong Kong.
Yang specialises in commercial litigation and international arbitration, with a particular focus on cross-border disputes involving Chinese companies. Yang also sits as an arbitrator in Hong Kong, China, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
Yang handles contentious matters surrounding competition law, criminal prosecution, shareholder disputes, joint venture and technology licensing, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act-related investigations.
