据财经媒体报道，商汤集团股份有限公司（简称“商汤科技”）已获港交所批准在香港上市，计划募资超过10亿美元。金杜律师事务所、高伟绅律师事务所、美国Hughes Hubbard & Reed律师事务所担任发行人律师；中伦律师事务所、司力达律师楼则为联席保荐人提供法律意见。

商汤科技成立于2014年，总部位于上海，是一家专注于计算机视觉软件的人工智能软件公司。根据弗若斯特沙利文报告，按2020年收入计，商汤科技为亚洲最大的人工智能软件公司，并以11%的收入市场份额成为中国最大的计算机视觉软件提供商。

AMS Law在此次上市项目中担任发行人的离岸律师。联席保荐人则由中金公司、海通国际、汇丰担任。

CC, HHR, Slaughter and May leading on Chinese AI technology company’s planned $1bln IPO in HK

Clifford Chance, Hughes Hubbard & Reed, and King & Wood Mallesons are advising SenseTime Group, a Chinese artificial intelligence (AI) technology company, on its planned more than $1 billion IPO in Hong Kong, with Slaughter and May and Zhong Lun Law Firm advising the joint sponsors.

Established in 2014, the Shanghai-headquartered SenseTime focuses on computer vision software. According to Frost & Sullivan Report, SenseTime is the largest AI software company in Asia by 2020 revenue, and the largest computer vision software provider in China with an 11 percent market share by revenue.

AMS Law is advising the issuer as the offshore lawyer, with CICC, Haitong International, and HSBC acting as the joint sponsors.
