Ayu Maulida, HR & Legal Manager, PT Samson Tiara
Ayu Maulida Sari is an accomplished professional with a comprehensive background encompassing finance, accounting, and economics domains, coupled with a master's degree in business law. As an active researcher in ASEAN labor law, Ayu is dedicated to enhancing the sustainability of labor laws throughout Indonesia and the region. Throughout her remarkable career, Ayu has held pivotal roles, including HR Supervisor and Manager at PT. Samson Tiara. In these capacities, she adeptly managed corporate legal affairs, developed effective HR procedures, and successfully reduced employee turnover. Her astute leadership was instrumental in navigating the company's response to the COVID-19 pandemic, overseeing mergers and acquisitions, and establishing strategic partnerships with leading universities for safety training initiatives. In addition to her diverse corporate experience, Ayu is spearheading the Data Privacy initiative, collaborating closely with the IT Department to develop and implement regulations and policies within her company. Possessing certifications in professional human capital management and train-the-trainer from Indonesia's national professional certification body (BNSP), Ayu excels in HR management, strategic planning, negotiations, and team leadership. Her unwavering commitment to continuous learning and her adaptability make her a versatile and highly effective leader. Ayu is also a respected speaker, sharing her expertise on labor law, expatriate regulations, and human resources at international conferences in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand. Her ability to drive positive change and promote sustainable practices underscores her value as a formidable asset in any professional endeavor.
