世辉律师事务所近日迎来跨境并购专家刘逍律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。

刘律师深耕于跨境并购、私募股权、风险投资基金和其他投资交易以及一般公司事务领域，他在处理涉及中国和全球（欧洲、亚洲、美洲）的交易方面有着丰富的经验，特别是涉及多个法律辖区的复杂交易。加入世辉之前，刘律师曾就职于美国佳利律师事务所。

世辉在一份新闻稿中表示，刘律师的加入将为其跨境交易业务提供强有力的支撑，并将增强该所在跨境交易业务领域的能力。

这是世辉今年引入的第四批合伙人级别律师。

Shihui adds cross-border expert in Beijing

Shihui Partners has recently added Jeff Liu as a partner in its Beijing office.

Liu focuses on cross-border M&A, private equity, venture capital and other investment transactions, as well as general corporate matters. He has extensive experience advising on transactions in China and globally (Europe, Asia and the US), often involving complex multijurisdictional issues. Prior to joining Shuihui, Liu worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton.

Shihui addressed in a press release that the addition of Liu will further strengthen and enhance the firm’s capabilities of cross-border transactional practice.

This is the fourth batch of partner-level hires made by the firm.
