总部位于北京的植德律师事务所近日正式设立广州办公室，并迎来4位专家沙骏、秦婧、廖舒欣和吴圣民律师以合伙人身份加盟广州办公室。

据悉，沙律师将担任广州办公室的负责合伙人，他的主要执业领域为金融、投资、并购、公司、房地产等领域的争议解决业务。

秦律师的主要执业领域为民商事争议解决，尤其在公司、合资合作、侵权、劳动等领域的争议解决业务拥有丰富经验。

廖律师的主要执业领域为民商事争议解决业务，在金融、资管、投资、房地产、公司等领域具有丰富的经验。

吴律师的主要执业领域为困境重组、司法重整、司法和解、破产清算、强制清算、自行解散、破产衍生诉讼及特殊机会并购重组等。

这是植德今年引入的最新一批合伙人级别律师。

Merits & Tree launches in Guangzhou and adds four partners

Beijing based Merits & Tree Law Offices has launched a new office in Guangzhou, and hired four experts Sha Jun, Qin Jing, Liao Shuxin, Wu Shengmin as partners in the new office.
