欧华律师事务所近日迎来并购专家方心律师以公司业务合伙人的身份加盟其香港办公室。加入欧华之前，方律师曾就职于孖士打律师事务所。

方律师在服务跨境并购、合资企业和私募股权交易，特别是大中华区和亚太地区的交易方面拥有丰富的经验。她还就公司法和商法领域的各类其他问题提供建议。

这是欧华今年引入的第一位合伙人级别律师。随着方律师的加入，欧华在香港拥有28名合伙人。

DLA Piper adds M&A expert in Hong Kong

DLA Piper has hired M&A expert Fang Xin as a partner in its Hong Kong corporate practice from Mayer Brown, where she was a counsel.

Fang advises on cross-border M&As, joint ventures, private equity transactions and corporate and commercial law with a focus on Greater China and the Asia-Pacific region. She also negotiates shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements and business transfer agreements.

This is the first partner-level hire made by the firm this year. With Fang’s arrival, DLA now has 28 partners in Hong Kong.
