汉坤律师事务所迎来合规业务律师龚雅玲、史昭君和严瑾丽及团队加盟上海办公室。

龚律师在加盟汉坤前曾担任美国温斯顿律师事务所合伙人。她在跨境合规和监管业务领域经验丰富，熟悉公司合规、反腐败、FCPA、反垄断/反不正当竞争、白领犯罪和公司内外部合规调查等事宜。龚律师服务的企业涉及半导体、信息技术、制药业、房地产、金融、餐饮等行业。

史律师曾执业于上海元达律师事务所，她的主要执业领域为大合规（包括反贿赂、FCPA、反垄断、反不正当竞争法及相关的风险评估和调查）、公司一般法律事务及政府事务等法律事宜。史律师曾代表诸多客户应对不同合规领域的政府询问、调研和调查。

严律师在加盟汉坤前，也曾执业于上海元达律师事务所。她的主要执业领域为反腐败、反不正当竞争、白领犯罪、数据安全、公司合规和纠纷解决等。严律师在处理多种商业活动中的法律争议和危机管理方面具有丰富经验。

这是汉坤上海办公室继今年3月迎来袁黎明律师后的又一次重大招聘。

Han Kun expands compliance team by adding three partners and their teams in Shanghai

Han Kun Law Offices has recently hired compliance experts Michelle Gon, Sophie Shi, Jolie Yan and their team in its Shanghai office.

Gong was a partner at Winstons & Strawn before joining Han Kun. With extensive experience in cross-border compliance and regulation, Gong is familiar with corporate compliance, anti-corruption, FCPA, anti-monopoly, anti-unfair competition and white-collar crime. She has advised companies in a range of industries including semi-conductor, information technology, pharmaceutical, real-estate, finance, and catering.

Prior to joining Han Kun, Shi practiced at Yuanda China Law Offices. Her practice mainly focuses on corporate compliance, including anti-bribe, FCPA, anti-monopoly, anti-unfair competition and risk evaluation and investigation thereof. Shi has represented a number of clients in responding to government inquiries and investigations.

Yan, who also practiced at Yuanda before joining Han Kun, is an expert in anti-corruption, anti-unfair competition, white-collar crime, data security, corporate compliance, and dispute resolution. Yan has extensive experience in crisis management and dispute resolution in a number of business activities.

This is another important hiring by Han Kun’s Shanghai office since welcoming Liming Yuan in March.
