汉坤律师事务所近日迎来反垄断业务资深律师解石坡律师以合伙人身份加盟北京办公室。此前，解律师在尚伦律师事务所担任合伙人。

解律师专注于反垄断和竞争法。他有十余年的反垄断执业经验，协助跨国公司和中国企业处理经营者集中申报、国家安全审查、反垄断调查与合规相关法律事务。解律师在全球和中国并购交易及有关经营者集中申报方面经验丰富，包括全球交易的中国反垄断申报和国家安全审查，以及中国客户海外投资中涉及的全球主要司法辖区的反垄断申报、外商投资审查和国家安全审查事项，包括欧盟、美国、澳大利亚、德国、以色列、阿根廷和巴西等。解律师还曾代表多家客户处理重大的中国反垄断调查和合规工作。

这是汉坤北京办公室继今年2月迎来合伙人罗绍林律师后的又一起重要横向招聘。

Han Kun adds anti-trust partner in Beijing

Han Kun Law Offices has hired Angus Xie, an expert in anti-trust, as a partner in its Beijing office from Sunland Law Firm, where Xie was a partner.

Xie focuses his practice on antitrust and competition law.  In his over ten years of practice, Xie has assisted a number of leading Chinese and international companies in merger filings, national security reviews, antitrust investigations, and compliance matters. Xie has extensive experience in handling merger filings for global and domestic M&A deals, including both Chinese antitrust filings for global transactions and antitrust and foreign investment review filings for Chinese outbound investments in other major jurisdictions, including the European Union, the United States, Australia, Germany, Israel, Argentina and Brazil. Xie has also represented many clients in high-profile antitrust investigations and compliance matters in China.

This is another important lateral hiring by Han Kun’s Beijing office since adding partner Shaolin Luo in February.
