汉坤律师事务所近日迎来私募专家李晶律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。加入汉坤前，李律师曾就职于安理国际-上海朗悦联营办公室。

李律师专注于代表战略投资者和私募股权客户设计和执行复杂的中国交易类项目，包括兼并和收购交易、处置和出售交易、控制权收购交易、破产重整交易及合资项目，所涉及行业涵盖私募股权/风险投资业、科技业、软件业、通信业、医药业、医疗保健业、地产业、能源业、农业、消费品、化工业、制造业、资产管理、电子商务以及广告业。

这是汉坤今年引入的第四批合伙人级别律师。

Han Kun adds PE expert in Beijing

Han Kun Law Offices has added private equity expert Li Jing as a partner in its Beijing office. Before joining Han Kun, Li worked at Allen & Overy – Shanghai Lang Yue Joint Operation Office.

Li focuses on representing strategic investment and private equity clients in complex China-related transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, buyouts, bankruptcy restructurings, and joint ventures.

Besides, Li has a strong track record across a variety of industries such as private equity/venture capital, technology, software, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, healthcare, real estate, energy, agriculture, consumer products, chemicals, manufacturing, asset management, e-commerce, and advertising.

This is the fourth batch of partner-level hires made by the firm this year.
