汉坤律师事务所近期迎来并购及私募股权领域专家罗绍林律师加盟其北京办公室。加入前，罗律师曾担任正心谷资本合伙人。他还曾担任云锋基金主席助理兼总法律顾问、美国盛信律师事务所合伙人。

根据汉坤的一份新闻稿，罗绍林律师在并购、外商直接投资、私募股权及证券交易领域有超过二十年的经验。罗律师曾代表中国、美国和欧洲企业经办股份和资产购买交易、风险投资和私人资本交易，以及设立中外合资企业。他的核心业务包括代表中国大型国有企业和私有公司处理其海外业务交易以及与外国投资者的战略合作，代表美国和欧洲跨国企业以及私募股权公司在中国进行投资。

汉坤在一份新闻稿中表示：“罗绍林先生的加入将进一步加强事务所整体业务实力和综合优势，为事务所的稳健发展进一步夯实基础。”

Han Kun hires Shaolin Luo in Beijing office

Han Kun Law Offices has hired Shaolin Luo in Beijing from Loyal Valley Capital, where Luo was a partner. 

Luo has over 20 years of experience in M&A, FDI, private equity, and securities transactions representing Chinese, U.S., and European corporations.  He has been recognized as one of the China Top 10 M&A Lawyers by Asian Legal Business.

Before working in Loyal Valley Capital, Luo had served as an assistant to the chairman and as the general counsel of YF Capital, and as a partner of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.  

Han Kun said in a statement: “We believe that the addition of Mr. Luo Shaolin will further boost the firm's overall practice capabilities and competitiveness, laying a solid foundation for the firm's steady development.”
