汉坤律师事务所近日迎来资本市场专家石磊律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。加入汉坤前，石律师曾在天元律师事务所工作。

石律师具有超过十年的执业经验，他专精于境内外资本市场及相关业务，在风险和私募投资、境外及境内上市、境内及跨境并购等领域十分活跃。

这是继兰涛、王馨加入之后，汉坤今年引入的第三批合伙人级别律师。

Han Kun adds capital markets expert in Beijing

Han Kun Law Offices recently added capital markets expert Ray Shi as a partner in its Beijing office. Prior to joining Han Kun, Shi worked at Tian Yuan Law Firm.

Shi has been practicing law at prominent PRC law firms for more than a decade, specializing in A-share and overseas capital markets, VC and PE investment, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and other related transactions.

This is the third batch of partner-level hire made by Han Kun this year after the firm hired Tao Lan and Gloria Wang.
