礼德律师事务所近日迎来陈仲敏律师以诉讼业务合伙人身份加盟其香港办事处，加盟前，陈律师曾任亚司特律师事务所顾问。

这是自今年5月以来第四位加盟礼德香港办事处的诉讼合伙人。9月，Peter Glover以合伙人身份从诺顿罗氏律师事务所加盟。在此之前，陈凯南律师以合伙人身份从高李严律师事务所加盟，他加入不久后，曾任肯尼狄律师事务所监管负责人的Mark West也加入了礼德。

陈律师的专业领域为商业诉讼，争议监管事务和国际仲裁。她为跨国公司和中国公司就各类跨司法辖区复杂商业争议提供法律服务方面经验丰富，尤其专注于跨境合同争议、合资、股东争议、欺诈、担保执行和债务追偿等。她的执业领域涉及多个行业，包括金融服务、矿业、房地产、娱乐、能源及制造业等。

随着陈律师的加入，礼德香港办事处的合伙人数量达到了26位。

Reed Smith continues HK lit growth with Ashurst hire

Reed Smith has added Stephanie Chan as a partner to the firm’s litigation practice in Hong Kong from Ashurst where she was a counsel.

This is Reed Smith’s fourth litigation partner hire in Hong Kong since May this year. In September, the firm appointed disputes lawyer Peter Glover as a partner from Norton Rose Fulbright. Prior to this it nabbed Stephen Chan as a partner from Oldham Li & Nie, and shortly afterwards, snapped up Mark West from Kennedys, where he was co-head of regulatory.

Chan specialises in commercial litigation, contentious regulatory matters and international arbitration. She focuses on cross-border contractual disputes, joint venture and shareholder disputes, fraud, enforcement of securities and debt recovery.  Her practice covers industry sectors such as financial services, mining, real estate, entertainment, energy as well as manufacturing.

With Chan’s arrival, Reed Smith now has 26 partners in Hong Kong.
