礼德律师事务所近日迎来金融监管专家黄紫玲律师以合伙人身份加盟其香港办公室。加入礼德前，黄律师曾在何韦律师行担任合伙人。

黄律师在银行及证券法、数据隐私、网络犯罪和金融犯罪事宜等方面具有非常丰富的经验。她擅长处理争讼性及非争讼性事务，并经常就监管调查和纪律研讯，以及许可和商业行为问题为客户提供法律意见。

随着黄律师的加入，礼德目前在北京、上海、新加坡和香港四个办事处拥有140名律师，其中包括近50名合伙人。

这是礼德今年引入的第二批合伙人级别律师。

Reed Smith adds financial services regulatory expert in Hong Kong

Reed Smith added financial services regulatory expert Jill Wong as a partner in the firm’s Hong Kong office. Prior to joining Reed Smith, Wong worked as a partner at Howse Williams.

With extensive knowledge of banking and securities laws, data privacy, cybercrime and financial crime issues, Wong handles both contentious and non-contentious matters and regularly advises clients on regulatory investigations and disciplinary inquiries, as well as licensing and business conduct issues.

With Wong’s addition, Reed Smith now has 140 lawyers, including nearly 50 partners, across its Asia offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Singapore and Hong Kong.

This is the second batch of partner level hire made by the firm this year.
