立方律师事务所近日迎来证券专家姜圣扬律师以合伙人身份加入其北京办公室。加入立方之前，姜律师曾于君泽君律师事务所执业。

姜律师的主要执业领域为证券及资本市场、金融与结构化融资等，他在投融资领域的争议解决方面也拥有丰富的经验。

立方在一份新闻稿中指出，姜律师的加入将使立方在证券、金融领域的业务实力进一步提升，助力立方在细分产业领域不断为客户提供更加具有附加值、更细致的高品质服务。

这是立方今年引入的第一批合伙人级别律师。

Lifang & Partners adds securities expert in Beijing

Lifang & Partners recently added securities expert Jiang Shengyang as partner in its Beijing office. Prior to joining Lifang, Jiang worked at Junzejun Law Offices.

Jiang specializes in securities and capital markets, finance, and structured finance, and has extensive experience in dispute resolution in the investment and finance sector.

Lifang addressed in a press release that the addition of Jiang will further strengthen the firm's securities and finance practice and help the firm to provide more value-added and detailed services to clients in the industry segments.

This is the first batch of partner-level hire made by the firm this year.
