2020年12月16日，锦天城律师事务所作为发行人律师助力恒玄科技（上海）股份有限公司（以下简称“恒玄科技”）首次公开发行股票并在上海证券交易所科创板成功挂牌上市，募集资金总额48.62亿元（约合7.43亿美元）。

恒玄科技成立于2015年，主营业务为智能音频SoC芯片的研发、设计与销售，提供AIoT场景下具有语音交互能力的边缘智能主控平台芯片，产品广泛应用于智能蓝牙耳机、Type-C耳机、智能音箱等低功耗智能音频终端产品。此次上市使其成为A股市场智能音频SoC芯片、AIoT主控芯片第一股。

锦天城团队由高级合伙人王立、高级合伙人沈诚牵头领导。

AllBright acts on Bestechnic’s IPO in SSE STAR Market

On 16 Dec 2020, Bestechnic (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. successfully launched its initial public offering in Shanghai Stock Exchange’s STAR Market, raising a total fund of $743mln. AllBright Law Offices acted as the issuer’s lawyer.

Established in 2015, Bestechnic is a fabless IC company engaged in the R&D, design and sales of smart audio SoC, providing customers with edge intelligence platform chips with voice interaction capabilities for use in AIoT scenarios. Bestechnic products are widely used in low-power smart Bluetooth earphones, Type-C earphones, and smart speakers. The listing makes it the first company specializing in intelligent audio SoC chip and AIoT main control chip listed in A-share market. 

The AllBright team was led by senior partners Wang Li and Shen Cheng.
