我们希望通过此排名呈现过去12个月内中国TMT领域的顶尖律师。
每一家律师事务所最多能提名2位满足条件的TMT律师，请律所内部协商之后用一名联系人沟通提交报名表。被提名的TMT律师需要在过去的12个月内常驻中国大陆从事TMT相关法律服务，中外律师不限。
评选方法
我们将参考以下几个方面：
1）执业生涯主要成就；
2）过去12个月的重大成就 ；
3）候选人的主要客户 ；
4）候选人所获得的奖项；
5）候选人口碑
最终当选的15位TMT律师名单将刊登在2023年4月《亚洲法律杂志》中国版。

We are now accepting submissions for 2023 ALB China Top 15 TMT Lawyers.
Representing the future of science and technology development, Technology, Media and Telecom industry shows its characteristics of innovation and creativity, companies in TMT industry are facing many cutting-edge commercial and legal issues. With the business sensitivity and legal foresight formed by their long-term focus on this field, lawyers serving the TMT field provide high-quality legal services for customers' diverse commercial activities, quickly respond to the legal regulatory requirements of the TMT industry, show their deep understanding of the business logic and outstanding legal skills, and efficiently put forward creative solutions.
ALB is committed to identifying excellent TMT lawyers who are playing an increasingly indispensable role of the past 12 months.
One firm can nominate at most TWO lawyers who had outstanding achievements in the TMT area, candidates can be of any nationality, but need to be based in mainland China during the past 12 months.
Methodology
The list will be chosen on the basis of a combination of the following:
1) significant achievements;
2) important cases and work in the past 12 months;
3) clients the candidate has acted for;
4) significant accolades the candidate has received for work in the form of public recognition, awards etc;
5) client and colleague feedback.
The list of 2023 ALB China Top 15 TMT Lawyers will be published in ALB China’s April 2023 issue.
