- 协力律师事务所近日开设了贵阳办公室，这也是协力在国内的第15家分支机构。新办公室的核心团队成员包括杨永刚、吴厚跃、龙定安等律师，其也开启了协力在中国西南地区的布局之路，将助力“一带一路”倡议在这一地区的展开。
- 天元律师事务所近日开设了苏州分所，这是天元在全国设立的第9家办公机构，也是天元在长江三角洲地区的又一重要布局。苏州分所将结合天元在资本市场、生物医药、TMT和互联网等领域的优势，更贴近苏商，提供高质量的本土化服务。
Chinese law firms: A roundup of recent office openings
- Shenzhen-headquartered China Commercial Law Firm has launched two new offices in Xi’an, capital of Shanxi province, and Yiwu, a city of Zhejiang province which holds the world’s largest wholesale markets, successively. Those are the firm’s twenty-fourth and twenty-fifth branches domestically.
The Xi’an office will be led by partner Wang Tao, with partners Dai Hua and Yang Xiaojing being the other core members. It eyes to utilize Xi’an’s strategic position in the Belt & Road Initiative and will focus on areas of finance, foreign-related transactions and securities.
Meanwhile the Yiwu office will be led by partner Jin Danjun, with partners Wu Peng and Zhu Jun being the other core members. It will serve Yiwu’s role as the key trade center along the Belt & Road Initiative and focus on international trade.
- Shanghai Co-effort Law Firm has launched a new office in Guiyang, capital of Guizhou province and a new cloud service hub created by the government. Co-effort’s fifteenth branch domestically, the new office will be led by partners Yang Yonggang, Wu Houyue and Long Anding. It will assist BRI projects in the Southwest China region.
- Beijing-headquartered Tian Yuan Law Firm has launched a new office in Suzhou, a traditional industrial and tourism city in Jiangsu province. Being the firm’s ninth branch domestically, the Suzhou office is another move for Tian Yuan to complete its strategic layout in the Yangtze River Delta region. The new office will focus on capital markets, biotech, TMT and internet and will provide tailor-made services to local enterprises.
