近日，总部位于深圳的华商律师事务所正式落子重庆，成为其在全球范围内的第50家分支机构。

据悉，华商重庆分所将由张磊律师领导，目前共有18名律师，其中包括5位合伙人。

华商告诉ALB，重庆分所将专注于政府国企、金融证券、投融资并购、刑事辩护、房地产建工、商事争议解决、不良资产处置等多个传统专业领域以及国际金融、国际贸易、数字经济、合规、新能源、生物医药等新兴领域。

华商在一份新闻稿中表示，重庆分所的设立是华商推进“北上东进、南下西扩”及“高度国际化”发展战略的重要支点，同时也是华商在西南区域的重要布局。

China Commercial launches in Chongqing

Shenzhen-headquartered China Commercial Law Firm has recently set up a new office in Chongqing, which becomes the firm’s 50th branch globally.

The Chongqing office will be led by Zhang Lei, and now has 18 lawyers, including 5 partners.

China Commercial tells ALB that the Chongqing office will focus on governmental and state-owned enterprises, finance and securities, investment, financing, mergers and acquisitions, criminal defense, real estate and construction, commercial dispute resolution, disposal of non-performing assets, as well as international finance, international trade, digital economy, compliance, new energy, biopharmaceuticals, etc.

The firm addressed in a press release that the opening of its Chongqing office is an important pivot point for China Commercial to promote the development strategy of "advancing northward and eastward, expanding southward and westward" and a "high degree of internationalization", as well as an important layout of the firm in the southwest region.
