Sun Zuan, a corporate, VC and dispute resolution lawyer, has recently been promoted into Yongheng Partner’s partnership, becoming the youngest partner in the firm.Sun joined Jiangsu FD Yongheng Law Firm in 2004 and followed a group of partners include Li Min and Chen Yingning as they splintered away to set up Yongheng Partners in May last year. Sun also doubles-up as the deputy secretary-general of the Nanjing High-Tech Experts Association.
Another partner who has recently joined the firm as partner is real estate expert Wang Hong, former executive partner at Jiangsu Sundy Law Firm. Wang’s long-term clients includes Nanjing Urban Construction & Development, Nanjing Qinhuaihe Construction Development, Nanjing Chuangning Industry Development, Nanjing Public Station Construction & Development and the Bank of Communications (Jiangsu).
