汉坤律师事务所最近宣布，郭世栈律师加入深圳办公室担任合伙人，同时孙敏煜律师加入上海办公室任资深顾问。

郭世栈律师曾在著名的全球化通信企业华为公司工作近十四年，加入汉坤，他曾为华为公司全球法务部部长。郭律师在汉坤的工作将侧重于知识产权、兼并收购、争议解决、跨国公司的合规等业务。

孙敏煜律师此前曾在国际律师事务工作近九年，包括美国高特兄弟律师事务所和美国普衡律师事务所。 她将专注于 兼并收购、私募股权投资、外商直接投资、公司重组业务。

两位新加盟的律师均在涉及互联网、信息技术、电信、传媒、等行业拥有丰富经验。

此外，今年年初，该所的两名资深顾问律师林燚新和王哲分别被提升为北京办公室和深圳办公室合伙人。ALB

Han Kun has recently added two senior members to its TMT practice. New partner Stanley Guo and counsel Anita Sun are based in the firm's Shenzhen and Shanghai offices respectively.

Guo joins Han Kun from Huawei Technologies, where he worked for over 14 years, and served as the global director of corporate legal affairs department. At Han Kun, his practice will focus on IP, M&A, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance for MNCs.

Sun, on the other hand, practised for nine years in international law firms including Coudert Brothers and Paul Hastings. She will focus on M&A, PE, FDI and corporate restructuring.

Both Guo and Sun have significant experience within the TMT sector which works well with Han Kun's focus in the industry. The firm has been engaged on many technology-related transactions recently including the Hurray! and ku6 merger in 2009.

Just before making the lateral hires, Han Kun also promoted two counsels, Lin Yixin and Jason Wang, to partner in its Beijing and Shenzhen offices respectively. ALB
