姚平平、何未两位曾在国际律所职业的律师近日加盟了中伦律师事务所担任合伙人。姚平平律师加盟中伦香港分所，何未律师加入北京总部。

在加盟中伦前，姚平平是国际性的离岸法律事务所Harney Westwood & Riegels香港代表处的资深律师。 在Harney Westwood前，他也曾在新加坡黄德森律师事务所工作。姚平平的业务领域包括跨境收购兼并、跨境融资及银团贷款、私募基金及风险投资基金投资、国际私募股权基金及对冲基金的设立和公司海外上市。

何未在加盟中伦之前在欧华律师事务所北京代表处担任律师，他也曾在美国海陆国际和北京天元律师事务所工作。他在收购和兼并、外国直接投资、外商投资企业重组和私募及风险投资领域拥有丰富的经验。

After making around 20 internal partner promotions this year, Zhong Lun Law Firm continues with its ambitious partnership growth. The firm has now taken on board two additional partners – Yao Pingping and He Wei – as lateral hires.

Yao, who is qualified to practise both in China and the US, joins Zhong Lun from BVI firm Harney Westwood & Riegels’ Hong Kong office where she was senior associate. She becomes partner in Zhong Lun’s newly established Hong Kong office. Her specialties include cross-border M&A, cross-border financing, PE funds and offshore listings. Prior to her practice at Harney Westwood, she practised in Singapore-based firm Colin Ng & Partners.

He, who is also qualified to practise in China and the US, will be based in Zhong Lun’s Beijing headquarters. He was previously an associate in DLA Piper’s Beijing office and has also practised with Heller Ehrman (dissolved in September 2008) and Beijing Tian Yuan Law Firm. His practice areas include M&A, FDI, corporate restructurings and PE. ALB
