张利宾律师、何予平律师和黄晓军律师今日加盟了世泽律师事务所成为合伙人。三位新合伙人使得世泽的合伙人达到14位。

加盟世泽律之前，张利宾律师在美国贝克博茨律师事务所任合伙人兼首席代表；先后任职于美国宝维斯和美国伟凯律师事务所。张利宾律师的业务主要涉及外商直接投资、并购、能源项目，环境保护法，融资，中国企业海外投资以及纠纷解决。

何予平律师的业务范围主要包括能源、并购、国际交易和公司法等方面的法律事务。加盟世泽之前，何予平律师曾在北京华伦、美国德瑞和Fulbright & Jaworski 国际律师事务所律师事务所工作。

黄晓军律师主要从事在中国和日本的与公司兼并收购、私募股权/风险投资、IPO、外商直接投资以及涉及公司法和雇佣劳动的法律工作。加盟世泽律师事务所之前，黄晓军律师就职于日本美能达株式会社，美国高特律师事务所及美国奥瑞律师事务所。

Beijing-based Broad & Bright has recently taken its partner numbers to 14 by hiring three partners – Zhang Libin, He Yuping and Huang Xiaojun. All three come from strong international practice backgrounds.

Zhang joins the firm from his position as partner and chief representative at US energy specialist Baker Botts, and prior roles over two decades with international firms such as Paul Weiss and White & Case. His main practice areas include FDI, M&A, energy & projects, environmental law, project finance, dispute resolution and outbound investments. He Yuping joins from Beijing’s Hualun Law Firm, and has prior experience with US firms Torys and Fullbright & Jaworski. His main practice areas are energy, M&A and general corporate matters.

For Broad & Bright clients, both lawyers will offer their expertise in the energy sector as a focus. Last year, Zhang took the lead role advising Xinjiang Guanghui on its equity interest acquisition of an oil block owned by a Kazakhstan company. He also represented Sinochem in its acquisition of a 40% stake in the Peregrino oil field from Statoil for US$3bn.

While Zhang and He will focus in the energy sector, Huang Xiaojun will be aiming to strengthen the firm’s Japanese business. He represented many Japanese companies on their domestic and overseas acquisitions, fund establishment and cross-border share sales prior to joining the firm. He has experience as a legal counsel at Konica Minolta Holdings, and in private practice with now-defunct Coudert Brothers and Orrick.  Huang advises on legal matters relating to M&A, PE, IPO, FDI, general corporate and employment law.
