Jun He has recently added former Clifford Chance lawyer Wang Jian as a partner to its banking & finance practice in Beijing. Wang, qualified to practise law in both the PRC and US, has been involved in many banking & finance projects such as syndicate facilities, asset finance, acquisition finance, export-import credit facilities and derivatives.
Prior to Wang's appointment, Jun He snared three senior IP partners – James Zhu, Zoe Wang and Steven Cui – from Perkins Coie and Jones Day in May this year. The firm now houses over 90 partners and 260 lawyers and ranks eighth on this year's ALB China 20 list. ALB
