Pinsent Masons has lured former DLA Piper senior consultant Zu Ming to increase the offerings of its China corporate group. Zu, qualified in both the UK and China, joins the firm as partner in Shanghai.
Zu has more than ten years of experience advising on foreign companies doing business in China and also outbound Chinese work, with a focus in the infrastructure and energy sectors. Prior to joining DLA Piper's Shanghai office, he practised at Allen & Overy as the firm's China head for five years. ALB
