The two new additions, both joining from international firms, will help the firm increase its offering in cross-border corporate and M&A practices, and international IP.Corporate lawyer Stephen Wozencroft (pictured) has joined Jun He as a partner in Hong Kong. Wozencroft will co-head the firm's growing Hong Kong corporate practice and the firm's outbound M&A practice. He has 25 years experience in international law firms, and is a seasoned practitioner in a wide range of Hong kong and cross-border M&A and corporate finance transactions. Before joining the firm, he was co-managing partner at Arthur Marriott & Associates，the Hong Kong law licensed affiliate of Dewey & LeBoeuf.
New counsel Paul Schmidt, based in Beijing, joins the firm’s IP practice group. Schmidt, previously worked at Baker & McKenzie’s PRC IP group, has extensive experience in high-profile trademark acquisitions and in the recovery of stolen marks. ALB
