Jun He has recently added two senior foreign lawyers to its Hong Kong and Beijing offices respectively. The two new additions, both joining from international firms, will help the firm increase its offering in cross-border corporate and M&A practices, and international IP.

Corporate lawyer Stephen Wozencroft (pictured) has joined Jun He as a partner in Hong Kong. Wozencroft will co-head the firm's growing Hong Kong corporate practice and the firm's outbound M&A practice. He has 25 years experience in international law firms, and is a seasoned practitioner in a wide range of Hong kong and cross-border M&A and corporate finance transactions. Before joining the firm, he was co-managing partner at Arthur Marriott & Associates,the Hong Kong law licensed affiliate of Dewey & LeBoeuf.  

New counsel Paul Schmidt, based in Beijing, joins the firm’s IP practice group. Schmidt, previously worked at Baker & McKenzie’s PRC IP group, has extensive experience in high-profile trademark acquisitions and in the recovery of stolen marks. ALB
