Broad & Bright has promoted three senior lawyers to its partnership: Beijing-based duo Han Dongmei and Yang Ying, as well as Sun Ming.
Han’s practice focuses on corporate transactions and dispute resolution, while Yang specializes in anti-trust and international trade law. Both of Han and Yang make up the firm’s backbone. Both have been at the firm for seven years and have advised on a number of the firm’s most complex and high-value projects.
Sun Ming, based in Shanghai, joined Broad & Bright as a senior lawyer from the Shanghai office of Jin Mao. Sun has extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and finance.
The new appointments push the total number of the partners at the firm to 19. Of these three are salaried and 16 are equity partners. ALB
