近日，环球律所任命瑞士律师Christoph Koeppel为独立外国法律顾问。 在加入环球律所之前，Koeppel 是瑞士文斐律所北京代表处的主管。

Koeppel的主要执业领域涵盖并购，外国投资，境外公司重组，私募股权投资等。 他曾为一系列的瑞士和其他外国投资商在中国投资以及中国公司在瑞士投资担任法律顾问。

他将与另一瑞士同事John Liebeskind （李剑）共事。李剑于2008年加入环球。

环球曾赢得ALB中国2010年最佳航运律所。

Global Law Office has appointed Christoph Koeppel as an independent foreign law consultant. The Swiss-admitted Koeppel, joins the firm from Wenfei Law where he served as the firm’s Beijing office chief representative.
 
Koeppel's main areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions (M & A), foreign direct investment, restructuring of foreign-invested enterprises, and private equity investment. He has advised on a wide array of Swiss and other foreign direct investment in China, and Chinese FDI in Switzerland.

Koeppel will link up with fellow Swiss lawyer John Liebeskind, who joined Global from arbitration outfit, Lalive, in 2008.

Global, who won the Shipping Law Firm of the Year in at the 2010 ALB China Law Awards, focuses on advising foreign and Chinese clients on inbound and outbound FDI.  ALB
