Jun He has added one partner and one counsel to its Beijing and Shanghai offices, respectively, in an effort to strengthen its finance and banking practice.

Gavin Wang, former founding partner of Run Ming, joins Jun He’s Beijing office as a partner.  Wang focuses on aircraft financing and leasing, general banking and finance. He has acted for a number of leading international and domestic airlines, banks and enterprises across different sectors such as civil aviation, electric power, real estate, petroleum and chemical refinement.

Before establishing Run Ming in 2007, Wang worked for Junyi Law Office, where he started his practice. Prior to that, he was an in-house counsel at China Eastern Airlines for three year.

Jun He has also appointed Li Yi, a formal senior associate in King & Wood, as a counsel in its Shanghai office.  Li focuses on energy, power and infrastructure project finance , as well as structured financing.  She has represented Chinese and multi-national companies, commercial banks, investment banks and non-banking financial institutions in various large-scale international and domestic financing projects.
