方达近日任命胡骏为其合伙人，以增强其并购以及外商直接投资业务。
胡律师在加入方达前，为奋迅律所的合伙人。之前，他还在盛信香港办公室和杜威路博纽约办公室执业。
胡律师的主要业务领域包括收购与兼并、私募股权投资、公司一般法律事务、外商直接投资。他曾为多家跨国公司在中国的并购/合作事宜提供法律服务，也曾为中国企业的海外并购项目提供法律服务。此外，胡律师亦曾代表多个公司进行全球证券（包括股票和债券）发行以及本地证券化项目。
他的加入使得方达的合伙人人数增加到35.
Fangda Partners has bolstered its mergers and acquisitions and foreign direct investment teams with the lateral hire of Beijing-based partner Hu Jun.
Hu joins the firm from Han Yi. Prior to that, Hu worked with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in Hong Kong and Dewey LeBoeuf‘s New York office where he was an associate.
Hu's main practice areas include M&A, private equity and foreign investment. He has advised various multinational companies on their acquisitions, joint ventures agreements and general corporate matters in China. He also acts for a number of and PRC 500 enterprises on their overseas acquisition projects.
The addition of Hu increases the number of partners at the firm to 35. ALB
