继欧华（DLA Piper）和富布莱特（Fulbright）之后，美国博锐律所（Blank Rome）也成立了一支中国公司证券诉讼工作小组。这支团队由来自该所多个办公室和业务领域的20名律师组成。 他们将协助在美国上市的中国公司。最近在美国涌现出大量针对中国公司的证券诉讼和政府调查，让这些公司深受影响。

自从中国成长为国际股票上市的一个重要来源之后，许多中国上市公司开始成为股东集体诉讼及其衍生官司的目标。在过去几个月中，中国发行人遭受了一波证券集体诉讼及衍生官司，还有来自美国证券交易委员会的调查。

博锐亚洲资本市场业务部门主席Barry Genkin说：“鉴于目前原告律师、美国监管机构和国会的关注焦点，我们认为成立一支能够理解中国公司和中国文化的顶级专业律师的团队非常重要，这个团队能引导中国客户处理这些复杂事务。”

Following in the footsteps of DLA Piper and Fulbright, U.S. firm Blank Rome has formed a China company securities litigation task force. The team comprises of nearly 20 lawyers across various offices and practices. It will assist Chinese-based companies listed on US, who are affected by the dramatic uptick in securities litigation and government investigations in America.

Since China has grown to become a major source of new international stock listings, many Chinese public companies have started to become the targets of shareholder class actions and derivative litigation. Over the past few months, China-based issuers have been subject to a wave of securities class actions and derivative lawsuits and investigations from the US Securities and Exchange Commission. 
 
Barry Genkin, Chair of Blank Rome’s Asia Capital Market’s Practice, said “Given the current focus of the plaintiff’s bar, U.S. regulators and Congress, we realised the importance of forming a top-notch team of professionals who understand China companies and the Chinese culture, and can guide China-based clients through these complicated matters.”  ALB
