新近成立的上海融孚律所日前任命两名新合伙人，继续其后合并时代的稳步发展。
这两名合伙人分别是赵东升与沈新奇。赵律师在加入律所前是上海凯曼律所的合伙人，而沈律师则是上海万邦律所的主任。
赵律师长期专注于资本市场法律服务的研究，其中在私募基金，并购重组及企业融资等方面尤为见长。沈律师则主要从事公司法、房地产与建设工程、争议解决等法律服务。
在此之前，融孚还曾任命多位合伙人，其中包括德载中怡律所的钱晨，中资律所的夏善晨及锦天城律所孙昶林。
Newly- established Shanghai player SG&CO (融孚) has continued its post-merger expansion with the appointment of two lateral hires: Zhao Dongsheng (赵东升) and Shen Xinqi (沈新奇). Zhao joins the firm from Comon Law Firm (凯曼律所) where he was a senior partner, while Shen was the former managing partner of Wanbang Lawyers (万邦律所). The appointments take the total number of partners at SG& Co to 21.
Zhao’s practice focuses on private equality, mergers and acquisition, initial public offerings, general finance and restructuring. Shen specializes in the areas of corporate law, real estate, construction projects and dispute resolution.
The appointments follow the hires of Qian Chen (钱晨) from Middla & Partners (德载中怡律所) and Xia Shanchen (夏善晨) from Zhongzi Law Office (中资律所), and Sun Changlin (孙昶林) from AllBright (锦天城律所).
