Morgan Lewis has elevated one lawyer to counsel in Beijing.

The newly- promoted counsel is Duan Min.  Duan has more than ten years experience in cross border mergers and acquisitions, listings and delisting from the U.S. stock exchanges, private equity, and venture capital financing.  He joined Morgan Lewis's Beijing office as associate in 2007.

Admitted to practice in New York, Duan is the only counsel in Morgan Lewis's Beijing office. The firm's Beijing office, established in 2006, currently has nine lawyers.
