上海公义律所与胡礼君律所近日完成合并。 合并后的新律所将有6名合伙人，7名律师，律所名称仍将沿用“公义律所”。
公义擅长金融，房地产及诉讼业务， 而胡礼君则在诉讼方面卓有成就。胡礼君律所的创始合伙人胡礼君是上海有名的律师。自1994年以来，她一直担任上海南市区政府及黄浦区政府的法律顾问。胡礼君也是公义的创始合伙人。在2008年，她离开公义，创建了胡礼君。
胡礼君将担任新律所的主任，赵海根则任管理委员会主任及执行合伙人。 赵海根表示：胡礼君在20多年的执业生涯中，积累了深厚的人脉关系。这次合并将给新律所带来大量的客户。
Two Shanghai-based corporate boutiques, Gongyi Law Firm （公义） and Hu Lijun Law firm （胡礼君）, have joined forces citing market competition as the rationale behind the move. The new firm, which will be known as Gongyi Law Firm, will have six partners and around seven lawyers.
Gongyi specializes in finance, real estate and litigation, while Hu Lijun is well known for its litigation practice. Hu Lijun （胡礼君）, the founding partner of Hu Lijun, is a high-profile lawyer in Shanghai, and has been a long-time legal advisor to Shanghai's Huangpu District People’s Government and Nanshi District People's Government for the last two decades. She was also the founding partner of Gongyi, but left the firm in 2008 to establish Hu Lijun.
Hu Lijun will remain a director of the combined firm, while Zhao Haigen （赵海根), a former director of Gongyi, will be the executive director of the new firm.
Zhao said that the merger will bring the new firm a large amount of clients due to Hu Lijun’s good relationship with local government departments and organizations.
