富而德近日晋升IPO交易专家王昶舜为其北京办公室合伙人。两个月前刚提升为顾问的王昶舜，在资本市场方面经验丰富。他于２００７年加入律所，之后的两年内，曾借调至高盛公司。

Freshfields has elevated IPO transaction specialist Richard Wang as a partner in its Beijing office, effective in October.

Wang, who was promoted to counsel in July this year, has significant experience on capital markets transactions including initial public offerings and secondary offerings, as well as compliance-related matters. Wang joined Freshfields from Linklaters in 2007. He served on secondment to Goldman Sachs in 2008 and again in 2009.

The firm's China Chairman Teresa Ko said: “China continues to be a strategically important country for the firm and we are committed to further strengthening our presence here.”
