刚评为ALB中国律所二十强之一的隆安律所继续扩张之路，近日，该所深圳分所吸收了6名合伙人，并同时增设了海关法律事务部和兼并重组法律事务部。
来自创基律所的王建国将担任海关法律部负责人，而来自炜衡深圳分所的张弛则任兼并重组部负责人。 另四位新合伙人是管世标、严海华、司贤利、李严， 分别来自创基，炜衡，竞德及君泽君。他们在公司兼并与重组、外商投资、金融证券、海关法律业务等领域具有专长。
隆安深圳分所成立于2005年。 该分所在2009年与鹏盛所合并，目前，有近21合伙人,50多名律师。
Fresh from ranking ninth in the ALB China 20, Longan Law Firm further bolstered its partner numbers with six lateral hires in its Shenzhen office.
Wang Jianguo, previously partner of Chuang Ji Law Firm, will head the customs department, while Zhang Chi, former partner of W & H Law Firm, will be in charge of the mergers and acquisitions department.
The other new partners are Guan Shibiao, Yan Haihua, Si Xianli and Li Yan. They join Longan’s Shenzhen office from Chuangji, W & H, JunZeJun and Kdlawyers respectively. Their legal experience covers practice areas of M&A, foreign investment, finance, capital market and customs.
Longan Shenzhen office was established in 2005 and merged with Pengsheng Law Firm in 2009. It currently has 21 partners, and more than 50 lawyers.ALB
