上海融孚律所在成立一年后，近日与上海南光律所合并。合并后的新律所拥有超过100名的律师，成为上海规模最大的律所之一。
新律所将继续使用融孚名称，同时法律服务业务也将丰富并扩展到金融证券、国际航运及贸易、政府法律事务、房地产、公司及税务，大型公共项目的投资、建设和运营等法律服务领域。
南光成立于1998年，合并前共有20余名执业律师及专业人员。该所主任缪贯中将成为融孚所高级合伙人。缪贯中律师在金融保险、涉外商事、风险投资、房地产、知识产权、国际贸易等法律服务领域取得较大的成就。 他曾是作为世博项目组首席律师。
融孚由四家律所合并组成，是去年上海最成功的律所合并案例之一。
Shanghai SG & Co Lawyers has recently joined forces with Shanghai Nan Guang Lawyers. The merger will increase the number of lawyers at the new law firm to 100, making the combined firm, to be named SG & Co, one of largest law firms in Shanghai by lawyer headcounter.
The combined firm will bring together legal expertise in practice areas such as finance and capital markets, international shipping and trade, government related legal matters, real estate, corporate and others.
Nan Guang, established in 1998, currently has more than 20 staff members. The firm’s director, Miu Huangzhong, will become senior partner of the combined law firm. Miu has extensive experience in the area of finance insurance, foreign investment, real estate, IP and international trade. He was also the chief legal adviser to ‘Expo 2010 Shanghai China’.
The legacy firm SG & Co was formed through the merger of four law firms — Qinghua, Dongxin, Huali and Guolian, and a legal team led by partner Lv Yan. The merger was called the most noticeable and successful combination in Shanghai legal industry last year. ALB
