Corporate and M&A expert Jasson Han has returned to Jun He's Beijing office as a partner, following the completion of his LLM at University College Dublin.

Han, who had prior stints with Simmons & Simmons (between 1995 and 2009), and Weil Gotshal & Manges, where he was partner, is recognized as a leading lawyer in the corporate and M&A field in both Hong Kong and the mainland. He has acted for a large number of leading multinationals, Chinese state-owned enterprises and Chinese private companies in M&A transactions, IPOs in Hong Kong and complex commercial deals.

Han’s return further bolsters Jun He, which two months ago appointed Ma Qiang, former partner at Herbert Smith, as counsel and Daniel Wan, a former partner at Unitalen Attorneys at Law, as partner. Ma, based in Beijing, specializes in trademark, domain names, copyright and unfair competition, while the Hong Kong-based Wan, focuses on Hong Kong corporate finance and IPOs. ALB
