Aklea has scored a coup by hiring Bruno Grangier, a 10-year veteran with Gide Loyrette Nouel, as a partner in its Shanghai office.

Grangier , who is recognized as an expert in Chinese labour law, is well-versed in all matters related to European investment in China.  He also specializes in M&As in China, and has represented a large number of European companies in China M&As.

Aklea, an independent French law firm, launched its Shanghai office in 2009. It currently has 11 lawyers, including two partners.  The firm specializes in corporate law and financing, intellectual property, tax, competition and distribution.ALB
