Jade & Fountain has hired corporate specialists Winston Li and Brad Shu as its newest partners at its Shanghai and Beijing offices respectively.

Prior to joining Jade &Fountain, Li practised at Horizon Law Firm. He has also worked at Linklaters, Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom, Mayer, Brown & Platt (now known as Mayer Brown) and Thacher Proffitt & Wood. He has nearly two decades of experience of advising on financing, investments, M&As, and corporate and financial transactions. He is a former Linklaters Hong Kong partner elect, and has served as an executive director on the boards of a number of listed companies.

Shu, meanwhile, joins from Highking & Partners. He additionally practised at Squire & Sanders, Jingtian & Gongcheng and at software company Oracle. His practice focuses on company listings, M&A, and private equity and venture capital.
